Optional from the start
The goal is optional local models with visible resource and download requirements. The desktop must work without AI.
Actions under control
System operations must use authorized tools, explicit limits and confirmations for sensitive actions. A model must not receive unrestricted administrative privileges.
Data and transparency
Models, licenses and data flows will be documented individually. Any future cloud features must be clearly disclosed and optional.
